While I did not try his salad (yet) I would recommend it because he has a similar (albeit far more complex) version at August in NO which is possibly the best salad I've ever had. Agree w/ soup comments chowder good, chickpea watery. The check-out line was an excersize in ridiculousness - best be better tomorrow when I show up... Besh’s shrimp/grits were great.
