I think it shows a pride of ownership that he responded back. I didn't take his comments to be in anger, but rather in an edifying manner. I would definitely make it a point to visit them. I like the idea that items are prepackaged for convenience, especially if they are "time" stamped as he says. Sounds like a good place overall. I’m really impressed.
