this certainly wasn't written in a cross tone...but email can be a annoying like that

i appreciate the positive comments from the midtown lunchers above, Yushi is in it's formative stages and receiving feedback like this is so so so important

anyway, i realise this is a blog, not a billboard, but i'll let you know briefly about some things we're about to add to our menu:

i am actually sitting here in Yushi for our final tasting of our new hand rolls, these are very popular at home but it's impossible to find them freshly made in a convenient format... at $2.95 they the right price , a bit more for the shrimp Tempura

hot bento boxes: we're adding Peking Duck Pancake and Teryaki & Dill Salmon to our Chicken Teriyaki and Shitake Meatball options

dumplings: freshly steamed in front of you, 5 superbly tasty fillings

anyway, when these hit the menu i'll let the ML crew know

He just marketed himself more with his comments. Constructive feedback and it shows he pride like what leslie said. Now that makes me want to try that place.

I'm really impressed. I think it shows a pride of ownership that he responded back. I didn't take his comments to be in anger, but rather in an edifying manner. I would definitely make it a point to visit them. I like the idea that items are prepackaged for convenience, especially if they are "time" stamped as he says. Sounds like a good place overall.

I've given good comments to Yushi on your previous posts... enjoyed their food enough to get a number of my co-workers to become regulars. So no more discussion about that... let's talk about more important matters, like how all of the cashier-girls are damn cute... yet none I've seen are japanese??? hmmm. But again they're all damn cute.... attractive girls, good eats... maybe it's time for a trip to Rick's ;> (as if i haven't been ;P )

ha ha, I think Luke may be a Brit. What Ham Shank says "whilst", and "cheers"? Seems like they toss a shitload of food w/ that hour by concept..

Unless you're catching the tuna off the coast of brooklyn, it has to be frozen before it makes it into the sushi, otherwise it would be really gross.
