Best mac and cheese in the city can be found @ The Wreck Room on Flushing ave in Brooklyn. Start with a really high quality mac n cheese then fry it into little mozzarella stick sized nuggets of amazingness that are served with an incredible tasty dippable marinara sauce. Crunchy yet flavorful yet incredibly mac n cheezy, so good, so good.

‘Smac is completely doable as a late lunch, the First Ave L stop is just two blocks up. And it’s so worth it.

Shortly after viewing you picture, DocChuck dressed me in a shoulder length black wig and a knitted pattern sweater and….well, you know the rest. Well, most of the rest. He had used up the last of the vaseline a week ago and the pan of congealed and slightly moldy bacon grease from the stove in the interim when he was too lazy to go out and replenish his supplies, and so today he resorted to Vicks Vapo Rub. Yep, the man of many PhDs decided this was a smart move. If my mouth wasn’t permanently shaped in an “O” I’d be grinning ear to ear listening to his howls of agony. If such things interest you, of course.

I have had the mac and cheese at Say Cheese on 9th Ave btwn 45th & 46th and it was good. It’s been a while though.

I am an older, gentleman of gentility and fine breeding, if that interests you. I also have several PhD’s.

In addition, if you have even the slightest hope of catching a man (please do not delude yourself that men of my quality are available to you, FYI) please rethink posting photos of yourself wearing the sweater your Aunt Edith knit for Christmas 1998. If catching a man isn’t “your thing” (as they say) then by all means carry on. Full steam ahead.
