Really? City isn't cracking down on anyone. Do you really think they'd change the parking regulations because of a waffle-vendor?? I'd be honored if that was the case, but unfortunately they just made the South side of 46th Street "No Parking" because of construction on the North side. It's that simple. Cracking down?? Really?
