went there today at 1:05 and found a woman with a shopping cart who looked like the type to be selling food on the sidewalk. I walked up to her and asked what she was serving today and she said "Not today".

Not sure if it was the right woman or just some random lady with a shopping cart. Instead walked down the street to Food World and got some overpriced Mongolian BBQ.

I passed by at 12:35 and 1:20 on the way back, no sign of any random lady nor random crowds of Chinese but I did see a gaggle of, seemingly random, midget Japanese taking pictures in front of Trump Tower.
