Thanks for the profile!! Despite the fact that I will definitely concur- my answers are pretty lame. I know this is a cop out but when I was sent the list of questions, I didnt realize the object of the game was to write flowing prose on culinary tastes, I thought I was just supposed to name drop a few midtown joints. An accounttant told me that the legal deffinition of a biscuit/cookie is that it goes soft when it goes off, whereas a Cake goes hard.

It was from an accounttant because of a VAT wrangle in UK over jaffa cakes not being classed as choccy cookies as they’re liable to VAT(purchase tax).
