You get what you pay for. I loved their restaurant in Singapore. They have the best spicy tuna roll! Dunno if it will be the same recipe here but their spicy tuna has a more singaporean/malaysian spiciness too it. Not to bum anyone out, but there is a story in the NY Times today about the high levels of Mercury found in Tuna "Recent laboratory tests found so much mercury in tuna sushi from 20 Manhattan stores and restaurants that at most of them, a regular diet of six pieces a week would exceed the levels considered acceptable by the Environmental Protection Agency."
