Thanks for khao soi link! I just moved to Brooklyn near AM Thai and tried their take out this week. It was some seriously kick ass thai food – the best I’ve had in years. Great flavors and lots of spice. We got the khao soi, pad kee mo (spicy!), basil fried rice (spicy!), ginger curry (merely good), and mussel pancakes (battered & fried mussels – surprisingly yummy).
