  • um…you left out Big Bowl Noodles on Broadway and 36th. Way better then 38th St. Restaurant and Bakery btw. 7+8th

  • I like John’s Shanghai on 46th between 6th and Times Square.

  • Hing Won – will never go back there again after a person who ordered before me found a huge roach in their found brought it back and the staff acted like it was normal practice…

I am still grossed out and I loved their bourbon chicken platter

  • I’ll take the $7 lunch special at Szechwan Gourmet over any of these cheap Chinese places. Szechwan Gourmet might be one of the 2-3 best Chinese restaurants in Manhattan.

  • How has no one mentioned Shih Lee on 45th between 1st and 2nd? They have very good oxtail, general tso chkn, beef tendons, spinach, and eggplant. Not your typical chinese food spot but beats the pants off of alot of the places mentioned on here in my opinion. Its as close to real chinese as I have had in midtown.
