Zack, I really am hoping to someday take a trip to NYC and hit a number of different restaraunts there, but that of course makes me a tourist. Are we – tourists – really all losers, tho? Sure, we’re all little wide-eyed, but that’s because most of us haven’t been there before, don’t see what you see every day – it’s all new to us.

oyster bar is awesome! the sandwiches are stellar, including the beer batter fish. i get either that or the oyster po’ boy when I go.
Latkes need hand grated potatoes and onions. It is the trace of blood from when you slip that adds the je ne sais quoi to the taste.
