just went to Sakae Sushi today. had edamame, gyoza, agadashi tofu, and some california mini maki rolls. everything was very tasty, much better than the likes of ’sushi time’ or similiar fair.

the conveyor belts offered a decent selection of sushis but you could also order specially from either the waitress or a computer that’s located on each table.

i went with two coworkers around 12:30pm and the place was pretty full… but definitely not overcrowded as of yet.

total for all of us was around $17 incl. tip.

will def. go again to try some more choices next time.

Honto ni! Kaiten Sushi, finally. This one sounds good — I like that they have computer ordering at your table. Eliminate all wait staff, the sooner the better for me (I’m a former waiter so don’t slam me). And the green tea right there — just like Tokyo. Sugoi desu ne.

I liked that place that used to be on 46th between 5th and Madison (Genki Sushi) – but it could get expensive if you weren’t careful! This new place is a block from my office! I’m in!

Someone once told me about a sushi place where instead of a conveyor, the dishes rode around in a little river in boats!
