Just picked up 2 slices at Jiannetto's. A very short line due to grey sky and drizzle or two. I took a peek inside the truck and wow - a built in pizza oven! Don't know whether it uses electric or propane. i found the pizza to be very crispy like a neopolitan. A basil or twon on top of each slice and sparsely sprinkled with parmesan cheese. What surprised me was the sauce. It was liberally spread but I personally found it to be too sweet for my liking. Is this how a fresh tomato sauce is supposed to taste like?
