Expect the same quality of meat etc. - i.e. terrible. Yuk. With so much great food of every ethnic stripe available from small family-owned spots, I can't imagine why anyone not from Kansas eats at any of the big chain restaurants. I'd rather support someone small than help the big chains in their increasing assault on NYC - and anyway, the food's better almost anywhere else.
